Valrhona C³ Chocolate Chef Competition No Am Semi-finalists announced

The North American Semi-Final will take place on October 28 (the congress takes place Oct 27-29, dates that clash with the Salon du Chocolat, in which Valrhona does not participate**, in Paris) at the StarChefs International Chefs Congress at the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint.**
The following competitors will have the opportunity to win a cash prize and go on to compete in the international finals in Singapore in 2020:
