Hi I am looking for folks that have experience and exposure to using Groen Steam Kettles for Caramels. I saw Pauls post on the Chocolate Life archive from a few yrs back. However I know the archives, are the archives. Thank you in advance. My batches are getting larger than 5lb, I am growing and I think the Savage Bros FM14 is really more expensive that I can afford right now. Appreciate your time, energy and whatever assistance. Dave
