Chocolate Makers! I am a researcher, working to identify better quality assessment protocols for specialty chocolate, in order to support quality as a whole throughout the industry.

We are looking for participants to fill out a short survey about cacao quality assessment. If you are a craft or specialty chocolate industry member, and want to help out, let me know, and I will send you a link to our survey, with more details about me and the project. We are also interested in responses from non-craft chocolate makers as well.
