How Valuable Useful Coconut Flour Is Proven Successful

How successful have you been with baking while following a limited diet? I realize how incredibly hard it is to achieve soft moist muffins when you remove gluten, dairy and eggs. Striving for the right balance becomes costly with each frustrating failed attempt. Don’t worry though. I’ve figured out the right proportions to turn these little coconut banana into desirable gems.
Not only is this recipe simple to make but it’s fun too. Bring your little one into the fold. Let him or her mash the bananas. The task can be quite entertaining. The 7 simple ingredients allows for a simple way to help them become engaged in the world of baking. Plus, the all hands in approach aids their greater satisfaction when they finally get to taste one.
Coconut Banana Muffinscoconut banana muffin
2 mashed bananas
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
- Preheat oven to 325 and line muffin pan with paper liners.
- Mash the bananas then mix with sugar and oil.
- Next add the baking powder, vanilla, coconut flour and baking soda and mix well.
- Pour into the liners about 3/4 way full.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
Just the baking smell of bananas and coconut will ignite your senses. Though these coconut banana muffins do not rank high on the light and fluffy scale they do get an A+ for deliciousness. The banana makes them moist and a bit more dense than some other muffins.
